Tomo pastillas de vitamina D desde que hace unos años me empezaron a salir niveles bajos en las analiticas (especialmente durante otoño e invierno). Estoy encantanda con Nullure, a pesar de ser un producto más caro que otros comprimidos de vitamina D, estos también contienen vitamina K2 de tipo MK7 (la mejor) que ayuda a los huesos. Además los 2000iu de vitamina D cubren el uso diario de sobras. Los comprimidos no tienen sabor y son fáciles de tragar.
