I have been taking aswhagandha for years for its multiple benefits and properties. I decided to buy this one to try it out. Very pleased with the purchase, good quantity, easy-to-take capsules with no taste, and above all good price considering it is of the ksm-66 type which is the best. Additionally, black pepper also improves absorption and the benefits are more noticeble.
